We enjoy engaging in negotiation. Every transaction varies, so here are the price brackets.

  • 0-5k we charge $2000-10,000

  • 5,001-15k we charge $4000-30,000

  • 15,001-25k we charge $8000-50,000

  • 25,001 - 50k we charge $20,000-100.000

  • 50,001 - 75k we charge $34,000-150,000

  • 75,001 - 100k we charge $50,000-200,000

  • For EMD we have a 5% upfront deposit ($250 minimum), NON REFUNDABLE, credited toward the fees if the deal goes through. (This fee is wired or zelled directly to us and paperwork on fees will reflect the difference between initial deposit and fee)
